Ingredients

  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) box raspberry jello mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 sliced bananas
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and dry jello mix. Mix well.
  • Stir in the pineapple and bananas.
  • Fold in the whipped topping. It is ready to eat right away but it keeps well in the fridge for up to a few days.
