  • Blender
  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded (1 or 2 depending on how much spice you like)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • teaspoon cumin
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add salt to taste. Serve with cooked veggies or naan bread. Heck, eat it plain if you want!
