Fried Rice

  • Large Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Instructions

  • Take a large pan, heat on medium heat, pour in the sesame oil, onion, peas, and carrots. Cook until veggies are soft.
  • Set the veggies aside and cook the eggs in the same pan, just make scrambled eggs. Combine the veggies back into the scrambled eggs.
  • Add in the rice and soy sauce, stir while cooking at medium heat until fried rice is hot. Top with chopped green onions.
