Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup all natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add the oats to a food processor and pulse until oats are broken down.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and pulse mix to desired consistency. Form into balls (about 3 tablespoons per ball)
  • Put the Peanut Butter Energy Bites in a closed container (or zip top plastic bag) and store in the freezer or fridge.
