Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until they turn clear, which takes between 3-5 minutes. Add the ground beef and stir while chopping it up with a sturdy spatula. Cook until the beef is thoroughly browned all the way through, this takes about 10 minutes. Drain off the extra fat.
Mix in the tomato paste, try to get it to coat all the meat evenly. Then add the BBQ sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire Sauce. Bring this all to a boil while stirring. In about 4-5 minutes it will start to thicken up a bit.
Apply the cooked meat generously to a soft hamburger bun and eat. Let the bun soak up the delicious juices, it will be easier to chew.
