I love tuna sandwiches! For some reason they remind me of coming home from school. Sandwiches however, are generally not that easy to chew. Bread is the culprit, it can be cumbersome to chew. Luckily for us, some geniuses invented the Ritz cracker. They are salty, savory, and practically dissolve on contact with saliva. If tuna and crackers do not sound sophisticated enough for you then don’t call them crackers; call them edible tuna spoons.
Easy To Chew is a food blog created by a dentist, a public health professional, and a registered dietitian. Their mission? To cook up delicious recipes dedicated to those who are in need of foods which are easy to chew, easy to swallow, and easy to love!
In Tokyo, Japan in January of 2019, a 612 pound Bluefin Tuna was sold for $3.1 million. It was bought by a Sushi restaurant owner named Kiyoshi Kimura. After buying it in an auction, he said, “The tuna looks so tasty because it’s fat and (looks) very fresh. It is a good tuna. But I think I did too much.”
