Chocolate Chia Seed Tapioca

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • cups chocolate almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cocoa powder, syrup, salt, and vanilla.
  • Slowly add the chocolate almond milk until it forms a paste. Then you can add the rest of the chocolate almond milk, stirring until its smooth.
  • Add the chia seeds and stir until combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. It is best served while still cold.
