Peel, core, and quarter the apples. Add the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a crock-pot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Add the cooked apples and frozen raspberries to a blender and blend until it is a smooth puree. Unless you have a huge blender, you will probably have to blend half the apples at a time.
Serve while hot or chill in the fridge if you prefer it served cold.
