The Perfect Boiled Egg

The purpose of a snack is to fill you up enough so that you can make it to the next meal. Snacks need to be simple to make and easy to have on hand. If you have difficulties eating, a snack needs to be easy to chew. As far as easy to chew snacks go, boiled eggs are as good as it gets. They have plenty of substance and can keep hunger at bay until lunch or dinner roll around. They also are easy to make in bulk. Make a bunch in advance and eat them throughout the week. Their soft texture is easy to chew, you can even mash them with a fork to make them even easier to eat.

The moral of the story is: when it comes to making the perfect snack, no one does it better than Mother Nature. The chicken egg has everything you need to be happily fed, all contained in a portable calcium-enriched package. People have been boiling eggs wrong for centuries. Learn from their mistakes so that you don’t repeat them. This recipe guarantees a perfect boiled egg every time. No more green yolks from overcooking…..gross. When people see these perfect yellow yolks, they will think you bought them from the store.

    Easy To Chew

The Perfect Boiled egg  are soft, moist, and contain multiple soft textures. They are soft enough that, with minimal effort, they can be easily formed into swallowable-sized portions.

Our experience has been that older eggs are easier to peel once they’ve been boiled. So rather than using the eggs you just bought from the store, try boiling the ones that are getting close to their use-by date.

Get a reliable saucepan and fill it with as many eggs as you can boil, you will never be hungry in between meals again.

    This is our favorite saucepan!
