I am not sure who Miles Kington actually is, but he probably never had access to a blender. You see, with a blender there are no such things as incompatible foods. You can add anything to anything. The beauty of smoothies is that it is so simple to make them healthy. Just toss in something healthy and BOOM, it’s a healthy smoothie.
Zucchini is the perfect smoothie ingredient. And I’m not just saying that because I am running out of ways to use the zucchini from our garden. But seriously, we are swimming in zucchini at our house. In an effort to not waste it, I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It’s an incredible recipe, both delicious and refreshing.
